WHAT WE DO?

Service calls start with a clean fireplace!

1. We remove all the logs burners and burner plates and insure that all dust and debris are removed.
2. Orifices are checked for blockages and proper size.
3. Problematic parts are removed and replaced at this time.
4. Paint touch ups inside the firebox
5. Reassemble of burner pan and plate
6. Media such as logs or rocks are hand cleaned and installed.
7. Glass door is cleaned "inside" and gaskets are checked thoroughly
8. Window / Door is installed
9. Fireplace is tested for functionality and any air adjustments are made.
10. Cleaning of outside of fireplace with paint touchups as required.

PEACE OF MIND!

I know you have heard it before but we really do offer peace of mind. Complete with your service call you get one full year "from date of service" of labour warranty. Thats right. Our factory trained technicians are able to diagnose the problem and fix it right the first time.
