All of Napoleon’s electronic ignition models will be Pilot on Demand systems. Meaning that you can still switch between both CPI and IPI modes, with CPI mode employing a 7-day timer. The 7-day timer is a new feature and should be promoted when selling on the floor to your customers. By educating the customers during the sale process you will avoid unnecessary aftersales enquiries or follow up service calls.

It’s important to take note that the new Pilot on Demand system is an added value for our customers as well as for the sustainability of the fireplace industry. Be proud of a change that allows us to be progressive and reduce the negativity towards our industry in relation to the environment.
